The ticket price includes:

* Delizie di Crocchè 
Crispy potato croquette is cut in half and stuffed with soft slices of mortadella, lying on a bed of fresh stracciatella. To complete it all, a rain of pistachio grains.
Second croquette with friarielli lightly sautéed in the pan, with a slightly bitter flavour, which blend perfectly with the sweetness of stringy mozzarella.

_Primo_ _Piatto:
* Parmigiana Tricolore 
Two types of Parmigiana in one dish.
Zucchini Parmigiana: A delicate alternative to the classic parmigiana, with grilled zucchini, mozzarella, Mortadella and parmesan, baked for a light and savoury result.
Sicilian Parmigiana: Fried eggplant alternating layers of mozzarella, tomato sauce and parmesan, baked in the oven until golden brown.
