Access for busses

Leiden is situated between the A4 and A44 motorways which both offer easy access to the city. Here you can see all the drop-off points and coach parking facilities.

Long-term parking

On the edge of the city center, there are three parking spaces on Lammenschansweg near Lammenschans station. This location serves as a long-term parking area for coaches, so parking for more than 15 minutes is allowed. Easily accessible from the A4 Amsterdam - The Hague, with parking spaces on the side of the road from Leiden city center towards the A4.

In addition, there are three parking spaces on the Lugdunum site on Zweilandlaan. This location serves as a long-term parking area for coaches, so parking for more than 15 minutes is allowed. 

Drop-off/pick-up points - Maximum waiting time at these locations is 15 minutes.

  • Nieuwe Beestenmarkt

    The Nieuwe Beestenmarkt can be reached via the Princessenkade,
    on to the Turfmarkt, on to the Nieuwe Beestenmarkt.

  • 2e Binnenvestgracht

    The 2e Binnenvestgracht can be reached via the Lammermarkt.

  • Stationsplein 107

    The Stationsplein 107 can be reached via the Plesmanlaan, and on to the Morssingel. Also accessible via Schipholweg.
