Summer Holidays at Museum De Lakenhal

OPEN STUDIO
Do you feel like boosting your creativity? Every Sunday you can visit our Open Studio and during the summer holidays also on two extra Wednesday afternoons.

Workshop 'Making Bottari': Wednesday 17 July and Sunday 21 July between 13:00 and 16:00.
Workshop 'Multi-colour printing on legs': Every Sunday between 28 July and 15 September, and extra on Wednesday 21 August, between 13:00 and 16:00.

Registration for the Open Studio is not necessary, just walk in and join us. Due to the crowds, there may sometimes be a queue.

FAMILY TRACK
Discover the museum together with the Family Trail. Open all the drawers with a gold button and get to know the museum even better by doing all kinds of assignments. Search for symbols in paintings, learn all about the production process of Leiden cloth or play games with works of art from modern times. You can pick up the accompanying map for free at the Information Desk.

FREE FAMILY TOURS
Take a special family tour of highlights from the collection during the holidays.

Sunday 28 July, 4, 11, 18 or 25 August, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, free with an entrance ticket. No registration required. Check at the information desk to see if there is a spot available.

Do you want to visit Museum De Lakenhal together during the summer holidays? Almost all activities are free of charge without prior reservation. Book an online ticket in advance. Children under 18 have free admission all year round.
